These and all other Signs used on the Website are protected by the national laws applicable in the countries from which the Website are accessible and/or by international laws. Therefore, the User expressly waives any right, interest, claim or use of such Signs in the absence of an express written grant thereof by Canali, Canali Ireland Ltd and/or by other Canali Companies or otherwise permitted by law.
